The present Appeal is addressed to: the mankind, carrying the burden of hardships of the past into the future, outstanding people of today, leaders of religious brotherhoods, heads of states and governments, workers in the field of art, science, economy and politics, everyone, who is looking forward to a New Millenium
Our generation is lucky enough to live in a remarkable epoch- the time of transition into a New Millenium. If measured historically, it is only an instance! To reach this cherished day the mankind has been following a long and thorny path, called History. It is the history of torments and hardships, of search and infrequent joys.
It is only now that our light feelings and good deeds, both in mind and actions, become more tangible with every passing day.
Colossal potentials of spiritual and material values have been accumulated by the dwellers of the Planet of Earth at the cost of titanic efforts. It has never happened before in the history of civilization when the Mankind is entering a new era with such great achievements. The New Millenium opens unprecedented opportunities for radicall changes in one's mode of thinking and fosters better conditions of life.
Today the world has an opportunity to take a decisive step in the social development and is able to avoid accidental dangers, threatening the civilization.
Unfortunately, we are keeping on thinking and solving problems right in the way we used to in days of old. We have not got rid of wrongdoing and vices acquired for many centuries of withstanding ignorance and poverty at the cost of incredible efforts and severe trails. And democracy, many people dream about, is only a reference point, not an ideal.
This process will be called the Great World Forum of World Transformation, the main objective of which will be a gradual replacement of the existing principles, based on gaining profit, by the principles, guided by humanitarian ideals. It is necessary for all the leaders of all states to participate in the work of the Forum, no matter what attitude to them on the part of other states was like in the past, so that the most "shrewd" leaders could enjoy and appreciate an equal and respectful attitude to their country and would willingly support universal tendencies.
Every nation, every country should summon up its own history-achievements, outstanding records, remarkable events- the links of the chain which makes the World History. The most significant ones, both glorified and inconspicuous, in modern times and in the past, are to be presented for evaluation and then be displayed at the Museum of World History.
Peoples of the World are encouraged to present their own visions of what the social life in their native country should be like, to express their opinions on the international situation and to give their own appraisals of the surroundings.
I do hope that the humane principles will prove to be the basic ones. Humanism is the property of the whole mankind.
The norms of behaviour, based on humane principles must become ethical rules of conduct for every person, every country and be the Moral Code of the whole world community.
Only then the life on the Earth will become manageable and reliable. The existing mistrustfulness of nations to one another will gradually disappear. Governments will stop to be led by the prejudices of the people, and the people will stop to blindly follow their rulers, who at times have such unlimited powers, that could be compared to the power of the Creator, only.
The peoples themselves and those whom we have entrusted our fates, must think and act jointly, like members of one family; they should help each other to get adjusted to new conditions within the transition period, to develop the spirit of new relations and to attain a new approach to the surrounding world. With these aims in view there should be taken every chance of self-expression in all the spheres of life-all kinds of festivals, Olympiads, contests, exhibitions, symposia etc. are to be arranged in all places.
We are born to enjoy the life, we want to lead peaceful , happy lives and our aim is to turn the Earth into the planet free from poverty , diseases and wars. All the samples of weapons should be passed over to the Museum of Peace, so that they could be never used.
Every individual, an ordinary person or a leader, should think and act so that he could enter the new epoch having no sins of wrongdoing; he should strive to transform his evil actions into positive deeds, bringing joy to people and himself.
The World Holiday is designed to be the culmination point of the New Millenium Celebration. The Grand Meeting of the Forum will be held to mark the end of the elapsing year, followed by a Grand Ball in the Palace of Peace, on the last day of the elapsing year and will be in full swing during the small hours of the New Millenium in the city of...…….. .
We guess, it will be the most hospitable, marvelous city in a highly developed country, which has contributed a lot to the world progress. The city will invitingly open the doors of the Palace and Museum of Peace, constructed for the purpose.
All acting leaders of all countries are to take part on the basis of equality in those great momentous events so as to start developing new international relations among nations and states.
All those invited , especially politicians and leaders, should be present at the above undertakings with the feeling of the discharged duty in the face of their present and historic colleagues and their countrymen.
The Finale of the Forum is designed as a Demonstration of Achievements of all countries within the past Milleniums in the form of a theatrical performance. The audience will have a chance to see with their own eyes their historic ancestors and such great men of all times as Homer, Aristotle, Ceazer, Alexander, the Great, Al-Farabi, Chingiz -Khan, Columbus, Shakespeare, Rem brandt, Curie, Abai, Newton, Picasso and many others who will be acted by the best actors of the Planet. It goes without saying that our contemporaries - outstanding personalities in all the spheres of human life will be presented ,too. We shall witness the historic development of the Earth, starting with the times when we even didn't think ( being not able to) where we would come and what our future would be like. The World should see its history such as it is .
At the Grand Meeting, held at the Palace of Peace, the World Declaration "World Transformation" will be signed to the strains of the Hymn of Peace.
The Declaration, the chief document of all millenniums, those past and future, reflects our spiritual world - what kind of people we have been in the past and where we are going to in the future. With centuries passing by, the colossal progress is sure to outshine all our accomplishments.
The World Palace and the Museum of Peace are designed to reflect the History and to demonstrate the achievements, gained by the mankind and in this way supporting the development of new civilized trends in the interrelations of people in different countries. From now on the solution of all problems will be based on convictions, without any kind of discrimination, there will be no forcible measures used against a person who happens to act against good sense - he should be treated as a lost sheep, and it is our task to persuade him to see the spiritual values clearly. Probably, it will become a tradition when a person invested with power, will be obligated to visit the Museum of the World prior to taking important decisions, so as to see the matter in the light of historic development and thus polishing it in his mind.
The idea of seeing in the new epoch by setting out the Great World Forum, transforming the life on the Earth, is inspired by our commitments beholden to our future generations.
At present the History is at the parting of the ways as if choosing whether to:
History pins its hopes on all of us and on You, my great and good Friend, personally. The time to justify other people's confidence has come, the time to serve the great course of transformation of human rights into reality.
The Great Forum must, by all means, take place and if, contrary to expectations it is not held, we are doomed to run the danger of missing the main thing - the symbol of Future and we shall never be forgiven by our progeny.
We must organize the Great Forum for our own sake and our self-esteem, for the sake of the divine spirit of Great Buddha, Great Christ, and Great Mohammed, as well as for the sake of the spirits of great people of the Planet and the spirit of the whole Mankind!
Dwellers of the Earth!
We all were born equal! Starting with this very instance we shall be marching ahead to a new world. This process could be compared to a caravan, forging ahead to Eternity and which can survive only being the caravan of the equal.
We want the Forum to become a World Holiday when the entire population of the world having joined their souls together, on December 31, 2000 at 00:00 will meet the New Millennium with boundless joy and great hopes. It will be the beginning of the turning point of great changes, the beginning of the era of judicious, realized humanism, when long-cherished dreams are coming true. This exciting feast will embrace the whole planet - everybody will enjoy the unforgettable cheerful celebration, the Forum.

The Great World Forum is a great holiday of the Dwellers of the Earth!
At this festive moment everyone will be filled with joy, with the desire to live and to be happy! Everyone will be willing to take only the good, only what he can be proud of, into the New Millennium! And our future will be in compliance with our deeds!
I am confident that with the help of the God Almighty our future will be bright, because it is the life-time dream of each of us. We do believe that mankind will make its final choice to live in the world, free from amoral actions and thirst for hoarding.
Let the coming generations inherit the eternal and humane world!
I often recollect my mother saying, when I, a small freckled boy, in a printed - cotton shirt of Mother's make used to play, running at the foot of the Kazykurt11 According to a local legend Prophet Noah settled at the top of the Kazykurt mountains. The magnificient Mountain rises high in the ranges of the Tien Shan, between the cities of Tashkent and Shimkent, not far from the "Silk Road" Route. The mountain looks like a big ship, standing first in the caravan, moving the Past into the Future.
mountains: "That splendid summit is the spot, where Noah landed his Ark and saved the living creatures and the future of the people. You know, his spirit is always soaring over the land". Let our minds join him and let Hoah's ship take us, his descendants, into coming millenniums!
People of the World! A Happy New Millennium! I wish you a happy new millennium, a new stage in the course of the development of civilization!
Like you, I am one of the offspring of Adam and Eva and today I ventured to transfer my feelings and thoughts from the unbounded land of Kazakhstan via the notebook "Libretto" and Internet.
My reflections look very small against the background of the ocean of thoughts of great man, not to mention the whole of the Mankind. But can't the thoughts of an ordinary man from remote Kazakh steppes be a sign of new times?
So, I am presenting my "libretto" to your judgment.
P. S: Very little time is left before the great date. It is necessary for all those, who wish, to get together and set up Organizing Committee to consider the following tasks:
- to outline the main undertakings and start the preparation of the Great World Forum
- to prepare the 1st sitting of all interested parties
We suggest that the city of Almaty (Kazakhstan) should be the site of conducting the first working sitting.
