The world with poverty, luxury and its contradictions is approaching a new millennium; enormous wealth, both spiritual and material, have not made us happy since wanton thirst for profit - a principal cause of all calamities¹, perfected to unseen heights by the best wits of humankind, continues to be a profound foundation to earth relations. From ancient times the humankind has had to accumulate wealth in any form in order to survive., using all available means. Now opportunities provide a chance to live without an excessive accumulation of wealth which has lost its original meaning.

• to continue a spontaneous evolutionary movement into the unknown with all its surprises and sophisticated variations: confrontations, arms race, fight for spheres of interests etc.;
• or it must make a historical turn towards the everlasting drams of people, that what could happen in this epoch of the leaders with vision and the nations who realize the necessity of this turn.

of the obsolete earth relations towards a more humane and just world, to a hormonious and global society, to which even the most progressive governments are not yet striving, because they find themselves in captivity of their own prejudice and prejudice of their people; while the peoples find themselves in the captivity of their governments. As a result the world is engaged in a process of solving the un solvable: wee want justice; but we want even more to increase our wealth.

However, the presence of embryos of good manifestations, accumulated resources, historical devotion of human consciousness to changes, provided that there is an organizational beginning, will allow us to start TRANSFORMATIONS of earth relations at the threshold of the New Millennium. Starting with every human settlement, every country must realize and realistically evaluate its history and current situations. Each must develop and propose a just and humanistic vision of internal and external relations such as social ( especially human rights, humanitarian), ecological, economic, cultural, political, and military ones, which should be legalized by their Constitution and then submitted to the UN for summarizing; achievement of consent; and its further adoption as a Worlds Standard of International relations, i.e., in making them an obligatory norm until they became an ethic norm of behavior.

As a result this will allow all of us and especially leading forces - politicians - to have a universal approach resulting from a desire of nations and anticipating their capacity to serve, without deviation, both the sacred interests of the people and earth civilization. This is a key to the solution of basic particular and global consequences as it had been done during the whole history of Humankind.

The documents ennobling humanistic principles into a law and finally agreed and approved through the UN must become an integral part of the Universal Declaration of the Earth Inhabitants: "TRANSFORMATION" - the principal document of millenniums which have passed and those aimed at the future reflecting our spiritual world, evaluation of the past and the vision for the future, showing - what we were, what we became, where we are going. Fantastic progress which will be achieved after centuries will eclipse all our success, but a spiritual content reflected in the Declaration will never fade!!!

A week long Universal Celebration and Solemn Meeting of the Forum with singing of "TRANSFORMATION", the Declaration of the earth inhabitants to the tune of the World Hymn must become a climax of all events devoted to the millenniums meeting. This should be followed by a ball in the World Palace held on the last day of out going millennium and during the first hours of the new millennium. It could be held in a certain city of a highly developed mature country meeting this new epoch with the specially built Palace of the World - a Museum of the World History² reflecting the history of human and its achievements which really serves new dimensions of earth relations and in this way guides the development civilization towards human ideals and opens qualitatively new inexhaustible opportunities for the UN activities, naturally making it the main Headquarters of Humankind. And then, the everlasting and human world, a paradise in which we live now without realizing this, would become a legacy of all of us.

The world should see at a celebrity theatrical parade and Solemn Meeting our ancient ancestors including.. Homer, Confucius, Archimedes, Piphagor , Caesar, Aristotle, Alexander of Macedonia, Al Pharabi, Chengiz Khan, Columbus, Shakespeare, Rembrandt, Napoleon, Hegel, Marx, Goethe, Abai, Rutherford, Curie, Roosevelt, Einstein, Nero, Picasso, Gagarin, Deng Xiaoping, and other great and prominent historical personalities, our contemporaries, and our history as it is.

If we, in our daily routine, reject The Great Forum - a celebration magnitude devoted to worked transformation, then later, from the heights of our future we would like miserable creatures who were not capable to identify the main task and, therefore , we would have lost a favorable moment that was given to us as a gift by our destiny, and perhaps forever!

By making the Forum as worldwide and never seen before celebration on the Earth, by uniting our soles together , by becoming clear and perhaps by making a confession , thus Humankind will meet the New Millennium with joy and hope. This will become a beginning of a turning point in the consciousness and the arrival of an era of intelligent, conscious humanism.
